Invigorate your body and mind with a deeply revitalising, and often energising practice designed to awaken body, mind and spirit. The practice often begins with flowing sun salutations to warm the body and build cardiovascular activity. We work with poses to open the body including heart opening poses plus forward bends, twists and inversions to realign and energise. Open to all levels.


Power Vinyasa is a more dynamic class which includes seamless and fluid standing (and floor) sequences linking breath to movement between individual postures. Focus is on strengthening, lengthening, and stretching through a creative series of postures in motion. Long stretches to open the hips and hamstrings often included as well as inversions. Open to all levels (modifications offered). 


Yin yoga is designed to target the deeps tissues (fascia) and meridians with a focus on relaxation and meditation. Primary connective tissues include the hips, thighs and lower spinal area. Yin postures are held for between 3-7 minutes and focus on providing a safe, gentle stress to the structures that make up the joints (ligaments and tendons). This type of practice is suitable for all levels and for those healing from injuries or who want to deeply relax. Expect to feel super relaxed and blissful after class.


A beautiful class designed to nourish, strengthen and relax our wonderful mum's. This class provides an opportunity to cultivate greater vitality and stability.  Children are welcome to attend this class!  Yoga Mamas Classes is a group bookings only class.


Private yoga lessons afford the student to work within their capabilities to discover the best yoga postures for their own specific needs. We offer one-on-one private yoga sessions or small groups to ensure each student receives personalised attention. Private classes need to be booked in advance.
